I’m Alena, a clinical psychologist, a mother of two (currently 11 and 8) and a woman who thought she was very prepared for motherhood.

I had the training.  The tools.  The insight.  And then… motherhood happened.

From the very beginning, I found myself stretched in ways no textbook had quite covered.

It was disorienting. Exhausting. Humbling.  And, at the same time, deeply awakening.

Which was… not exactly the kind of prepared I had in mind.

Despite all my experience, research and resources, I came face-to-face with something many high-achieving women quietly experience:

You can be incredibly capable
and still feel completely untethered inside.

That journey became my most profound education.  Not just in the school of (really) real life, but in the alchemy of motherhood.  And an initiation I never knew existed.

MY APPROACH

Real transformation doesn’t happen when life slows down (because… when does that actually happen?).

It happens in the middle of real life between breakfast, school drop-offs, and bedtime negotiations.

That’s why everything I do is practical and embodied.
These are tools you can use in the moment, not just think about later.

I blend science-backed understanding of how your thoughts and emotions drive your patterns with deeper, soul-aligned practices that help you actually move with calm, confidence and connection.

Not just know it but live it.

You’ll learn simple ways to shift your energy and bring your inner and outer worlds back into alignment so growth feels natural instead of forced and uniquely yours.

Every practice is designed to meet you where you are: doable, compassionate, and supportive even on the fullest days.

This work is not about becoming someone new.  It's about being grounded, alive, and fully at home in the life you’ve created.

WHAT I'M ALL ABOUT

  • practical tools
  • that fit for you in your busy life
  • without sacrificing ambition
  • having it all
  • and enjoying it too

WHAT I'M NOT ABOUT

  • hustle
  • pressure of any kind
  • quick fixes without effort
  • toxic positivity
  • the phrase: "I can't"
